    JOB DESCRIPTIONMaterial Evaluation & Testing Support testing and evaluation of auxiliary materials including papers, filter components, adhesives, and packaging materials. Conduct physical, functional, and basic chemical tests in accordance with internal standards. Analyze test results and support investigation of material-related issues. Material Qualification & Change Management Support qualification and validation of new or alternative materials. Assess material change impacts on product performance and manufacturing processes. Participate in material change control activities, trials, and documentation.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with R&D, Production, Quality, and Procurement teams on material-related topics. Provide technical input during pilot and production trials. Supplier & Documentation Support Review supplier specifications, technical documents, and certificates. Maintain material specifications, test methods, and engineering documentation. Continuous Improvement & ComplianceSupport initiatives to improve material performance, cost efficiency, and sustainability. Ensure compliance with internal engineering standards and quality systems.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree or higher in Tobacco Science, Food Science, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related fields.3-5 years of relevant working experience (Familiarity with industries such as tobacco/food/pharmaceuticals is preferred)Proficient in English (reading, writing, and conversational skills).Familiarity with HNB/tobacco/food/pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
