  • Accounting Manager  

    - Bekasi

    ResponsibilitiesDevelop and define the company’s accounting strategy in alignment with business operations, manufacturing processes, and overall company growth.Ensure all financial records and reporting are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable accounting standards.Analyze financial statements and provide strategic insights and recommendations to management regarding the company’s financial performance and condition.Establish, implement, and continuously improve accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Oversee and control financial and operational activities related to asset management and resource utilization to ensure compliance and efficiency.Manage the financial audit process and ensure the accuracy and readiness of reports for both internal and external stakeholders.Lead and develop the Accounting team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and enhancing team capabilities.
    QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting (minimum GPA 3.00). A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is preferred.Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with manufacturing industry exposure, including at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Experience in financial reporting, including regulatory and management reporting (experience with BI tools is an advantage).

  • Production Manager  

    - East Java

    Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategies to achieve production targets (quality, cost, and delivery)Lead, manage, and develop the production team to ensure efficient and effective operationsMonitor and control production processes, quality standards, and cycle timesIdentify and resolve operational issues quickly to minimize disruptionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across production processesManage production planning, performance evaluation, and budget controlEnsure strict compliance with safety (HSE) standards and company policies
    Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing production, with proven managerial experienceStrong understanding of production processes, problem-solving, and continuous improvementExperience in chemical, FMCG, or process manufacturing industry is preferredAble to work in a dynamic, target-driven plant environment
