We are seeking a skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in structural modeling and well-versed in applying Indonesian design codes. You will be responsible for developing detailed design drawings from basic engineering concepts and simplifying civil scope challenges by implementing effective structural modeling solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations and performance optimization of our coal-fired power plant supporting mill operations at Indah Kiat Karawang. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of plant operation, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and drive operational excellence to achieve maximum reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, plan, and coordinate all plant operations, including boiler, turbine, water treatment, ash handling, and auxiliary systems.Ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of the coal-fired power plant to meet mill energy demands.Monitor plant performance indicators, analyze operational data, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs in collaboration with the maintenance team.Manage fuel inventory, consumption reporting, and optimize coal usage efficiency.Ensure full compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and government regulations.Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to enhance technical competence and teamwork.Prepare and manage operational budgets, cost analysis, and performance reports.Coordinate with production, engineering, and utility departments to align plant output with mill requirements.Support strategic initiatives to improve sustainability, energy efficiency, and emission reduction.
