Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Compliance & Advisory•Advise on and ensure compliance with all applicable local, regional, and international laws and regulations in the Company’s Asia operations, including corporate law, labor law, tax and international trade laws.•Provide counsel on legal risks and assist in developing strategies to mitigate them.•Monitor legal developments in the region and proactively address potential implications for the Company.•Manage outside counsel and develop policies to manage and reduce legal expenses.
