About the RoleThe role involves leading and managing manufacturing project transferred from China to Indonesia , to achieve the mass production/product industrialization.
ResponsibilitiesWork closely with manufacturing operations teams in China and Indonesia to ensure the readiness of technical documentation, materials, equipment, and processes for the manufacturing transfer project.Develop and track project execution plans, handle and coordinate issues arising during the transfer, and mitigate risks to ensure the smooth completion of asset and equipment transportation, production line construction, installation, commissioning, and trial production phases.
