Front Desk & Reception ManagementVisitor Control: Manage the entry and exit registration process for all visitors and guests.Guest Hospitality: Provide meeting support and professional reception services for clients and external guests.Inquiries & Incidents: Serve as the primary point of contact for the service help desk, handling general inquiries and front desk emergencies.Lost & Found: Oversee the front desk lost-and-found system for ID cards, lanyards, and personal belongings.
2. Mailroom & Logistics AdministrationCourier Services: Manage incoming and outgoing express deliveries, mail, and corporate documents.Expatriate Support: Assist expatriates with local SIM card registration and handle other urgent personal/professional requests.Corporate Travel: Coordinate and manage hotel reservations for employees and visiting guests.Grab Platform Management: Oversee the company’s Grab Corporate account and monitor daily usage.
3. Facility & Office ManagementOffice Upkeep: Liaise with the cleaning team to maintain cleanliness and order across all office areas.Pantry Management: Inventory and restock pantry consumables regularly (including coffee, sugar, tea, and water supplies).Company Fleet Coordination: Manage and optimize driver schedules for both daily operations and special assignments.
4. General Administrative SupportExpense Reimbursement: Process administrative expenses, such as dormitory water and Wi-Fi fee reimbursements.Team Activities: Provide operational and logistics support for internal team events and company activities.Assist with other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications1.College degree or above in any discipline.2.Proven experience or familiarity with corporate administrative and front desk operations.3.Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in conversational Mandarin is highly advantageous.

JOB DESCRIPTION :Oversee overall HNB production operations (quality, efficiency, cost, delivery) to ensure business targets are met;Build and manage a multi-layer production team (operators → line leaders → supervisors) to enhance execution capability;Drive improvements in production efficiency and reduction in scrap rate, continuously optimizing yield and cost;Ensure production stability and batch consistency (focus on variation control);Establish and optimize shopfloor management systems (6S, standardization, visualization);Coordinate with Process, Quality, and PMC teams to ensure production continuity and delivery stability.
QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or related fields;Minimum 5 years of production management experience, with team management experience of 200+ employees (3+ layers);Background in FMCG or continuous manufacturing industries (preferred: tobacco, HNB, e-cigarette, food, pharmaceutical);Familiar with shopfloor management and key KPIs (OEE, yield, efficiency, scrap) and improvement approaches;Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills;Good command of English as a working language; tobacco/HNB experience preferred.
