Job SummaryThe Country Veterinary Health Care Services Manager leads the field veterinary team in Indonesia and provides technical guidance on livestock health, farm management, and feed nutrition.
Job Responsibilities• Lead and manage the field veterinary team in Indonesia, providing technical expertise on livestock health, disease control, farm management, and feed nutrition.• Guide veterinary teams in implementing proper hygiene practices and biosecurity measures on farms while delivering training and awareness programs to farmers and farm workers.• Collaborate with the Sales team to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and support the growth of Gold Coin feed business.• Develop and strengthen the capabilities and competencies of field veterinary team members.• Develop diagnostic and monitoring tools to support performance evaluation and technical problem-solving.• Provide technical assistance in investigating livestock health issues and customer complaints related to animal management or product performance.• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product performance and quality in a timely and professional manner.• Analyze animal performance and product performance data and prepare regular reports with recommendations for internal teams such as Nutrition, R&D, and Sales.• Lead farm improvement projects in collaboration with farmers and customers through technical advisory approaches.• Provide marketing tool analysis based on product performance results and farm projects.• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
Job Requirements• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from a recognized institution.• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in veterinary services, livestock health management, or related roles.• Strong knowledge of animal diseases, livestock nutrition, biosecurity practices, and farm management.• Experience in leading technical or veterinary teams and working closely with commercial teams.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage farmers, customers, and internal stakeholders.• Professional, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of technical service.• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.• Possess a valid driving license (SIM A).
