    Job OverviewThis role will report to and assist Program Manager and on-site project team.To support Customer Inquiry/New project implementation from FA to mass production stageTo manage new project success from start to completion, is responsible for partnering with the internal team (Tech, Engineering, Operations, QA & Sourcing) to ensure that work is deliveredEnsure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines. Conduct kick-off meeting and regular review meetings to ensure programs are on track To manage 4M readiness to meet customer requirementTo make sure new tooling/unique equipment & DFM readiness for new product to meet customer requirement To support Value Engineering programs and to overcome yearly Customer cost reduction
    Major Job Functions
    1 Preparation for First Article (FA) sample making/prototype/development stageTo make sure critical programs /sample stage meeting Customer delivery date To coordinate critical programs with Process, QA & Product Engineer on the new requirement to meet Customer requirements during FA stage
    2 FA samples making stageTo make sure critical programs /sample completed with FA report, ISIR, data sheet, customer FA requirements, PPAP, PFMEA, Control plan, Flow chart, etc.Window to Program Manager or Customer for any new project and product development and project meeting and to brief internal team on the latest Customer requirementsTo coordinate EVT activity when required
    3 After FA samples approvedTo coordinate trial run, pilot run and ramp up stage activity before mass production
    4 To deliver new project/program and smooth transition to mass productionDevelop & implement project governance including key project performance metrics and may work outside normal office hour and indicators to ensure project management improvements are highly visible via weekly and monthly reportsQuick respond and fast turnaround time for any Customer inquiry/emailsFollow up with respective project owners when there is deviation from schedule, and may work outside normal office hoursParticipate in new business calls as appropriate to help develop the value proposition.

    Key Qualifications and desirable experience1) Educational RequirementMin. Diploma in electrical/electronic/mechanical engineering
    2) Relevant Working Experience Minimum 3 (three) years experience in project coordinating roles/NPI in manufacturing environment
    3) Professional Skills (Including language, computer etc.)Familiarity with with Microsoft office, AutoCad & Microsoft Project to be an advantage.Good written and verbal communication skills in EnglishComputer literate MS Excel, Word, Power Point.

    We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer, Wafer Fabrication who will be responsible for driving process performance and improvement for a designated product line. This role ensures stable daily operations, leads yield-improvement initiatives, and supports technology introduction activities to enhance long‑term manufacturing capability.
    ResponsibilitiesPerform end‑to‑end manufacturing process performance for the assigned product line, ensuring stable operations, output consistency, and continuous improvement.Monitor key process indicators, analyze trends, and initiate improvement actions to enhance yield, reduce variation, and strengthen process robustness.Drive structured investigations for complex or recurring issues using engineering tools such as SPC, DOE, 8D, FMEA, and root‑cause analysis methodologies.Identify and implement optimization opportunities to improve process capability, cost efficiency, and long‑term manufacturability.Execute engineering qualifications for new equipment, materials, and process changes, ensuring thorough evaluation and successful integration into production.Prepare, update, and maintain process documentation including specifications, work instructions, FMEA, OCAP, and technical reports.Assess material behavior, process interactions, and performance impact using relevant analytical techniques and engineering data.Collaborate closely with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Development teams to support process enhancements, capability upgrades, and product performance improvements.Support development activities by contributing technical input to wafer process development initiatives and assisting with the introduction and industrialization of new technologies.Work closely with Production, Equipment, Quality, and other engineering teams to support daily operations and issue resolution.Provide technical guidance, coaching, and competency assessments for technicians and operators to ensure adherence to process requirements.Ensure compliance with applicable quality, environmental, health, and safety standards within the area of responsibility.
    QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Physics Engineering, Materials Science, or Advanced Engineering Materials.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication is preferred. Fresh Master’s graduates with strong research or laboratory experience are also encouraged to apply.Hands-on experience in process engineering, yield improvement, and data analysis.Familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA, Lean Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.Experience collaborating with development or new product introduction teams is an advantage.Understanding of material analysis techniques, including physical (PSA-Micro, PSA-Nano, hardness), composition (EDS, X-ray, FTIR), structural and morphological (SEM, FE-SEM, 3D Optical Microscope), and thermal methods (TGA, DSC).Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilityGood communication skills with the ability to work effectively with production, quality, and development teams.Proactive, structured, and data-driven approach with strong ownership and follow-through.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
