    Job Role / Job OverviewReports to Quality Assurance Manager / Lead.Proactive and customer-centric.Executing Supplier Quality Management system working properly.Conduct supplier Audit.Conduct Supplier Qualification Part (PPAP).Monitoring performance of supplier.Responsible for supplier development.New supplier projects monitoring and approval to reduce material risk in mass production. Supplier daily management and coaching on process control to reduce quality risk influence on mass production material by clear and proper 8D methodologies.Continuously improve supplier quality level in supplier chain.
    ResponsibilitiesStrong leading & develop and sustain strong relationships with strategic/preferred suppliers.Implementation and execution of the supplier quality management in alignment with the company's policies/procedures and compliance with quality systems and standards.Verifies all inspection checklist report from IQC to ensure effective and up to date.Apply supplier quality management knowledge to drive excellent supplier quality performance.Follow-up on 8D corrective actions to ensure quality problems are resolved effectively using quality tools such as Pareto, Histogram, Trend Chart, SPC, FMEA , 5 Why , Fish bones analysis.Create, implement and monitor supplier development initiatives including supplier qualification, supplier selection, on-going supplier performance management & reviews, process improvements for quality KPIs and audits to determine adherence to acceptable quality regulations and requirements.Provide Inspection & Workmanship standard guidance for IQC during incoming inspection process.Authority to reject and disposition of incoming part having part quality issue with high risk.Coordinate timely MRB review with related stakeholders.
    General Profile and RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Experience – 5years in the same function would be preferred.Good command in English.Communication and analytical skill.Computer literate MS excel, word, Power Point.Good knowledge of internal quality practices.Knowledge of related industrial practices : Kaizen, Six-Sigma.In-depth knowledge in Basic Quality Core ( 7 QC Tools, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan).

    About the RoleReporting to Costing Manager, Operations Finance.
    ResponsibilitiesInventory Carrying cost analysis and identify procedures to optimize freight and inventory costs.Do breakdown analysis on FPO and identify opportunities for cost reductionsPrepare and maintain open book costing for each required customer quotes in a timely manner.Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders (Sourcing, Quote Team and Engineering) to drive faster turnaround quotationCreate costing worksheet accurately and reflect each cost components cost based on assumptions for review with management.Develop and implement documents, processes, procedures and structures that ensure compliance and consistency across the business.Able to gather and interpret the costing sheet provided by RFQ team and analyses variances with relevant team members.Able to conduct detailed analysis to evaluate the historic pricing, BoM, cycle times and margin trends (current vs previous) and the product & price changes between multiple quotes.Maintain and develop key performance measures and tracking systems on changes and key assumptions on each customer’s quote.Builds strong working relationships with R&D, Finance, and Operations partners and management.Perform any other related projects/tasks as the need arises by the management.
