  • Accounting Specialist  

    - West Java

    Responsibilities: 1. Financial Accounting & Reporting - Handle daily accounting operations, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation (in compliance with Thai Accounting Standards and Group requirements). - Establish and maintain accounting subjects and rules for factoring business (factoring receivables, commission income, impairment provisions, etc.). 2.Tax Management - Oversee local tax compliance in Thailand: declaration, planning, and adherence for corporate income tax, VAT/business tax, and taxes. - Liaise with local tax advisors and accounting firms to ensure invoices and tax treatments for factoring operations align with local regulations. 3. Expense Management - Review company expense-related processes, manage monthly/annual expense provisions and year-end clearance feedback, and conduct expense risk audits/self-checks. - Asset Inventory: Organize semi-annual and annual physical inventory checks (on/off-book assets),/submit inventory reports, and handle accounting adjustments for discrepancies.
    Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, financial management, taxation, finance, or related fields. 2. More than 3 years of experience in accounting.3. Basic sensitivity to risk and compliance, willing to learn local relevant laws (especially debt collection, foreign company compliance, etc.). 4. Serious, meticulous, and responsible attitude. 5. Fluent in English or Chinese as a working language.

  • Mold Maintenance Engineer  

    - West Java

    Responsibilities 1. Perform monthly and annual mold maintenance.2. Disassemble and assemble molds.3. Maintain mold performance in accordance with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.4. Modify molds as necessary.5. Be proficient in electric arc welding and TIG welding.6. Be capable of polishing molds.7. Perform mold maintenance according to established schedules.8. Be willing to report to work immediately to repair molds in the event of damage.9. Lead pre-shift meetings.10. Be willing to work both collaboratively and independently.
    Requirements - Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.- At least 3 years of experience in mold repair or mold manufacturing.

  • Human Resources Supervisor  

    - West Java

    Responsibilities
    1. HR ManagementLead recruitment, compensation & performance management, promotion planning and talent pipeline development. Oversee payroll processing and admin logistics, monitor labor costs to balance operational efficiency and cost control.
    2. Culture IntegrationCommunicate Midea Group’s core values to drive cultural alignment. Use training, team activities and regular check-ins to boost collaboration and trust between local staff and Chinese expatriates.
    3. Government Compliance & Vendor OversightEnsure full adherence to Indonesian labor laws by liaising with labor authorities and BPJS. Manage outsourced employees and vendor performance to mitigate employment risks.

    Requirements
    1. Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HR management. 5+ years of HRBP experience in manufacturing, with proven knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and Chinese enterprise overseas operations. Cross-cultural team experience is a plus.
    2. Professional SkillsExpertise in designing compensation and grade systems. Deep understanding of Midea’s corporate culture, with culture implementation project experience preferred.
    3. LanguageBilingual candidates are preferred. Business English proficiency is required.
