  • Performance Development Engineer  

    - West Java

    Job Responsibilities1. Conduct testing and enhancement of product performance metrics and usage effectiveness, including technical research and development in areas such as thermal-humidity environment control, rapid cooling/heating, low-temperature heating performance, high-efficiency technologies, novel heat exchangers, and new refrigerants;2. Engage in electrical component development, experimental design, and device performance testing to improve reliability and quality;3. Resolve issues arising during electrical component development, drive new technology adoption, and contribute to standardization efforts;4. Design performance solutions for motors and execute optimization improvements;5. Conduct conceptual design and product development for innovative solutions;6. Manage project workflows throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Structural Development Engineer  

    - West Java

    Job Responsibilities:1. Engage in innovative structural design for new products, ensuring rationality, reliability, and novelty of new product structures;2. Organize, coordinate, and follow up on reviews, trial molding, trial production, and mass production at all stages of new product development, resolving technical issues that arise during the process;3. Compile technical documentation throughout the new product development process, ensuring process control documents comply with R&D protocols and relevant quality management standards;4. Resolve technical issues and drive innovation/optimization for product components throughout their lifecycle; plan and execute structural standardization and interface standardization for components.
    Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree or higher with fluent English proficiency;2. Major in Mechanical Design and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, or related fields;3.   • Quality Engineer  

    - West Java

    Job Responsibilities: 1. Identify quality control points, develop and implement quality control plans, monitor and control product quality to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements; 2. Participate in establishing and continuously improving the company's quality management system, organize and conduct internal training to enhance employees' quality awareness and skill levels, and promote the development of the company's quality culture; 3. Analyze and resolve quality issues arising during R&D and manufacturing, propose improvement measures to ensure product quality stability. Participate in new product design and development, establish quality standards and testing plans to ensure new products meet quality requirements; 4. Track and analyze product quality data, develop improvement plans and drive their implementation; 5. Conduct supplier evaluation and management to ensure raw materials, components, and finished products supplied by external vendors meet quality standards.
    Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or higher with fluent English proficiency in one of the following fields: Gas Engineering and Automation, Electrical Engineering and Intelligent Control, Mechanical Design Manufacturing and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering; 2. Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across departments; 3. Demonstrate resilience and adaptability to frontline work environments; 4. Exhibit strong ambition and accountability, continuously striving for self-improvement; 5. Possess keen insight to proactively identify and resolve issues. Preferred Qualifications: Prior internship experience in manufacturing companies is advantageous.   • Manufacturing Process Engineer  

    - West Java

    Job Responsibilities: Participate in the implementation and on-site follow-up of manufacturing process technologies during product production, including but not limited to one or more of the following tasks: 1. Responsible for manufacturing-end technology implementation during new product development. Participate in new product development projects, assist in process route design and fixture design under mentor guidance, and track and manage product trial production, pilot production/mass production issues with closed-loop management. 2. Develop and implement solutions for process technology issues; participate in product optimization and manufacturability enhancements during manufacturing. 3. Manage on-site production line processes, coordinate resolution of daily process quality issues, track progress, implement corrective actions, and provide timely feedback on process information. 4. Prepare, implement, and monitor production line process documentation; promptly address finished product feedback, ensuring timely and accurate technical modifications.
    Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or higher; fluent English proficiency. 2. Degree in Science, Engineering, or related fields. 3. Proficiency in office software and design/development tools. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Project management mindset and experience. 2. Detail-oriented, diligent work ethic; preference for candidates with professional competition awards.
