Responsibilities:Non-Conformances Management: Lead the resolution of Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) by working with suppliers to secure immediate containment, complete root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA).Disposition & Inventory Control: Ensure timely processing of supplier reject notes (SRNs) and manage the disposition of rejected materials to clear the aging inventory.Quality Assurance & Audits: Conduct scheduled supplier quality audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and drive continuous performance improvement.Reporting: Generate and distribute comprehensive supplier quality performance reports for internal and external review.
Requirements:Minimum a Degree in Engineering or relevant technical background (S1/D4/D3)Minimum 2 years in manufacturing with experience in PCBA, Machining, stamping or moldingExpertise in quality management systems (QMS), covering IQC, IPQC, and OQCExperience in a Supplier Quality Engineer role, communicating with overseas and local suppliersProficient in key quality tools (e.g. 8D, control plans, 5Whys, 7QC tools)Capable of performing process quality auditsAble to read engineering drawings and possesses basic knowledge of electronic componentsAble to effectively work under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards.Proficiency in English Language (Spoken and Written) Proficiency in Chinese Language will be an added advantage
