    MODENA is seeking experienced sales leaders to join us as Seamless Managers within our Subscription business. This is a partnership-based opportunity where you will develop and lead your own sales team to drive customer acquisition for MODENA’s subscription products.
    Key ResponsibilitiesLead, recruit, and coach a team of 10–30 Seamless Advisors to ensure consistent field sales execution.Drive customer acquisition through effective promotion of MODENA’s subscription products.Monitor team performance and implement actions to meet monthly sales targets.Support customers in understanding product and subscription benefits to enable informed decisions.Coordinate closely with MODENA’s Subscription Business Development team and provide regular progress updates.

  • UI/UX Designer  

    - South Jakarta

  • Legal Specialist

    Responsibilities:Handle the establishment and liquidation of companies by coordinating with notaries and managing all required documentation.Manage legal processes related to suspension, liquidation, restructuring, mergers, and amendments to the company’s Articles of Association.Assist with and process intellectual property rights (IPR) and copyrights, including registration, renewal, and cancellation.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth relations regarding company policies or agreements.Draft new agreements and review various types of contracts to ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards.Manage administrative matters, including filing documents and overseeing the agreement process.Adapt to new business areas and provide legal support accordingly.Maintain effective communication across internal and external parties.Requirements:Minimum bachelor’s degree in law or related field.4–6 years of experience.Proven experience in Corporate Affairs, Agreement Drafting & Review, and Legal Compliance.Strong negotiation and effective communication skills.Excellent conceptual thinking and attention to detail.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

    Key ResponsibilitiesDrive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Retail Marketing, and Product Planning to synchronize product strategies, assortment planning, visual display standards, and annual budget allocations.Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through market research, consumer insights, and competitor benchmarking; support end-to-end product launch readiness.Lead and execute product launch campaigns, including roadshows, in-store activations, and digital communication alignment to strengthen product awareness and conversion.Analyze consumer behaviors, buying patterns, and demographic characteristics to ensure accurate channel and product mapping for effective distribution strategies.Oversee and optimize product introductions, ensuring sales acceleration through strategic positioning, pricing, and promotional initiatives.Monitor competitor activities and campaigns, providing actionable insights for pricing strategy, promotional mechanics, and market differentiation.Collaborate closely with the Market Analyst Team to implement and refine PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) strategies and ensure product availability aligns with market demand.Develop product performance reports, identifying growth opportunities and recommending improvements across product mix, promotional plans, and channel effectiveness.
    QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or category management.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable product strategies.Hands-on experience in project management, including campaign execution and cross-team coordination.Strong presentation and storytelling skills for internal and external audiences.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.Highly customer-obsessed, with the ability to craft market strategies anchored on consumer needs and behavior trends.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

    Responsibilities: • Analyze financial data including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business performance and decision-making. • Evaluate company performance across revenue, cost, and profitability metrics. • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management reports to provide accurate and actionable insights. • Conduct business performance analysis across products, channels, and business units to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Perform cost and profitability analysis to support efficiency improvement and margin optimization initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and Business teams to support strategic planning and financial analysis. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field. • 4–6 years of experience in Financial Analyst, FP&A, or related finance roles. • Experienced in manufacturing, distribution, assembly, or companies involved in production and/or sales of goods. • Strong understanding of financial analysis and data analysis. • Able to prepare budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. • Good understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). • Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Willing to work from office (WFO) in Kuningan, South Jakarta.
