Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships within the region.Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting to ensure target achievement.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize marketing effortsDevelop the regional sales and marketing team to improve performance and engagementPrepare and present regular reports on regional performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.Manage regional budgets and ensure cost efficiency while maximizing ROI.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related fieldMinimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.At least 3–5 years in a managerial or regional leadership position.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior.Willingness to be placed at our Business Unit
