Qualifications2+ years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store ManagerStrong abilities in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and building positive customer relationshipsExperience in Store Management and maintaining operational efficiencyExcellent Communication skills and team leadership abilitiesProblem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines and targetsPrevious retail or management experience is highly preferredBachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field is a plusCapacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to challenges effectivelyResiding in Solo Raya areaProficiency in English (especially reading, listening & speaking) is a plus
