As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with only two shifts schedule.

    Responsibilities:Review, monitor, and evaluate user-generated content across various platforms, including text, images, and videos.Enforce community guidelines and policies regarding acceptable content, identifying and removing content that violates these standards (e.g., harmful, offensive, or illegal content).Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency while moderating content, ensuring quick and efficient responses.Report any issues or trends related to content violations and assist in resolving complex cases.Keep accurate records of moderation actions and maintain documentation on handled cases.
