    What to Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.1–3 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or supplier quality, preferably in sporting goods, apparel, gloves, or consumer products.Basic knowledge of sporting goods, apparel, or accessories manufacturing processes.Understanding of quality control methods, inspections, and manufacturing operations.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar computer applications.Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong two-way communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and supplier partners.Ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams.Willingness to travel regularly and work onsite at supplier factories.Experience working with sport accessories, gloves, or apparel manufacturing.Familiarity with quality tools such as 8D, CAPA, root cause analysis, or basic Lean/Six Sigma concepts.Professional certifications related to product development, manufacturing, or quality management are a plus.
    Additionally:Frequent travel (approximately 30–50%) to supplier factories within Vietnam and other manufacturing locations in Asia may be required.Travel will include factory audits, production monitoring, product trials, and supplier development activities.Position is based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
