Job ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end site construction process in Yogyakarta, including progress tracking, issue coordination and on-site management, to ensure on-time project delivery.Collaborate with customers, subcontractors and field teams to complete site deployment, activation and acceptance, ensuring delivery quality meets standards.Handle site-related complaints and on-site issues, communicate effectively with local customers/end users, drive issues to closure and improve customer satisfaction.Be the primary point of contact for daily customer interactions, responding to inquiries and updating project progress regularly.Coordinate with the RF optimization team on post-activation support to ensure stable network performance.
Job Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience in 4G/5G site construction or network deployment, with solid knowledge of site build, activation and delivery workflows.Familiar with 4G/5G network hardware (eNB/gNB, antennas, RRU etc.) and activation procedures on mainstream vendor platforms.Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to independently liaise with customers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to drive project execution.Fluent in English for daily communication and written reporting, with the ability to interact with international customers independently.Willing to be based in Yogyakarta long-term, with strong on-site problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for antenna physical parameter verification and optimization for new sites in Jakarta, Indonesia, and prepare professional presentation reports (PPT).Handle site-related complaints, communicate effectively with local customers/end users, and drive issues to closure.Monitor daily network KPI indicators, perform data analysis and reporting to ensure stable network quality.Liaise with customers on optimization requirements, participate in developing and implementing RF optimization plans to improve user experience.Collaborate with the delivery team on site activation and acceptance to ensure optimization performance meets expectations.Job Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience in 4G/5G radio network optimization, with solid knowledge of wireless communication principles and optimization workflows.Proficient in antenna parameter tuning, neighbor list optimization, handover optimization, KPI analysis and other core optimization skills.Familiar with 4G/5G network hardware (eNB/gNB, antennas, RRU etc.) and operation of mainstream vendor platforms.Fluent in English for daily communication and written reporting, with the ability to interact with customers independently.Willing to be based in Jakarta long-term, with strong communication skills, coordination skills and ability to work under pressure.
