We are looking for an insightful and energetic technical leader to build and lead our Solutions Architecture function. As part of the Sales Engineering leadership team, you will shape solution strategies, guide customers, and design scalable, cost‑effective architectures across our global portfolio.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into IT, cloud, and networking solutionsLead solution design and discovery across data center, cloud, and connectivity servicesDrive enterprise IT & infrastructure designs including servers, storage, virtualization, and co‑location (power & cooling)Provide expertise in networking (MPLS, IPVPN, SDN/NFV, peering, CDN, data center interconnect)Guide customers on cloud adoption (public, private, hybrid) and automation/orchestration toolsPartner with sales teams to deliver solution selling, ROI/TCO modeling, and customer workshops
QualificationsBachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field7+ years in technical roles (hosting, cloud, networking, IT consulting)5+ years in solution selling / technical support in cloud, network, or data center marketsStrong knowledge of data center infrastructure, co‑location power & cooling, and networking architecturesExperience with cloud orchestration tools (OpenStack, vRealize) and DevOps methodologiesAdvanced certifications (AWS, Microsoft, Google, VMware, Cisco, Juniper) highly desirableInspirational leader with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
