    Job Responsibilities:Support management during business meetings with partners, primarily from China, by acting as a Mandarin–Indonesia/English interpreter (spoken & written).Plan, arrange, and accompany domestic & international business trips, including accommodation, transportation, visa arrangements, and travel itineraries.Serve as the main liaison between the Vice President and Chinese business partners, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up after meetings.Manage schedules, prepare meeting minutes, presentations, reports, and other business-related documents.Assist in monitoring and coordinating projects involving Chinese partners from initiation to completion.
    Requirements:Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) is mandatory; HSK 5 is preferred.Able to translate business meetings and technical documents accurately.Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Development Supervisor, Secretary, or similar role handling the China market.Bachelor’s degree in any major; Diploma graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.Experienced in handling business trips and able to work with high mobility, including overseas travel.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Willing to report directly to the Vice President and work flexibly outside regular working hours when required for business needs.
