    Job Description:
    Proactively involve in annual sales planning and budgeting (AOP build up) by provide the historical data analyticsProvide insightful information on Sales and BTL Expenses to senior stakeholders to aid in long-term and short-term decision makingDevelop customer account profitability and provide the financial analysis on performance of various channels. Evaluate Distributor ROI from time to time.Drive monthly forecasting and reporting of Sales BTL spends and overheads. Ensure provisioning and reporting as per monthly timelines.Closely work with Sales & Trade Marketing team during SnOP process to effectively plan Sales and BTL spends through ROI evaluation.Do overhead monitoring (Budget vs Actuals) for sales departmentResponsible for export channel P&L tracking and inter company pricingDrive timely price increase basis inflationary trends and competition pricing and promotionsManage the special projects and create the ad-hoc report as needed

    Qualifications:

    Job Purpose
    To lead and manage end‑to‑end licensing and permitting activities for multiple manufacturing sites of Godrej Indonesia, ensuring full regulatory compliance, uninterrupted operations, and effective engagement with government authorities at central and local levels

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead and own the end‑to‑end management of licenses and permits for manufacturing operations across multiple sites (Gunung Putri, Kendal, Bekasi).Manage and oversee complex manufacturing‑related permits, including but not limited to: OSS‑RBA licenses and compliance, Environmental permits (UKL‑UPL / AMDAL and amendments), Building and operational permits (KRK, PBG/IMB, SLF), Andalalin, K3, and other technical permits required for manufacturing operationsAct as the primary liaison with government authorities, both central and regional, including during inspections, audits, verification processes, and regulatory engagements.Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate licensing and permitting risks, including permit discrepancies, compliance gaps, and regulatory changes that may impact manufacturing continuity.Coordinate all permit changes arising from operational modifications, such as expansion, changes in production capacity, production line additions, layout changes, or business activities.Oversee the monitoring, renewal, and post‑licensing obligations of all permits and licenses, ensuring no lapse or operational disruption.Investigate, evaluate, and resolve queries, findings, warning letters, or enforcement actions related to licensing and permitting, including coordination with regulatory or law enforcement authorities when required.Develop, implement, and continuously improve licensing governance frameworks, systems, and SOPs to support multi‑site manufacturing operations.Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Legal, GA, PSO, Plant Operations) to ensure all regulatory requirements are understood and implemented consistently.Ensure timely communication of new or updated regulatory requirements to relevant permit custodians and business owners to mitigate compliance risks.

    Job Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (Law, Environmental Studies, or related discipline preferred).Minimum 3-5 years of hands‑on experience managing licensing and permitting for manufacturing facilities, preferably in FMCG or other regulated industries, with proven exposure to multi‑site operations.Strong understanding of manufacturing‑related licensing and permitting frameworks across the full lifecycle (initial issuance, renewal, amendment, and expansion).Solid knowledge of OSS‑RBA and sector‑specific regulatory requirements.Proven experience handling government inspections, audits, and compliance issue resolution.Strong ability to navigate regulatory dynamics between national regulations and local government practices.Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills with government authorities.Analytical, detail‑oriented, and highly resourceful with strong risk‑assessment capability.Able to work under regulatory pressure with high accountability and ownership mindset.Fluent speaking in English is a must.
