岗位职责 1.负责品牌官方旗舰店在平台的整体销售运营,制定并落地各店铺、各产品线的销售增长策略,确保平台销售目标达成; 2.维护平台核心合作关系,主动对接平台方争取优质资源,最大化资源利用效率,助力销售提升; 3.协助推进品牌新品在电商平台的上市全流程,包括新品铺品、营销配合、销售跟进等,保障新品电商端销售落地; 4.对接总部完成系统协作、问题沟通与处理,保障平台运营相关系统流程顺畅; 5.配合团队完成日常电商运营工作,高效协作推进各项业务落地,承接电商板块日常琐碎工作并高效执行。
任职要求 1.1-3 年电商相关工作经验,有跨境电商 / Shopee 平台运营经验者优先; 2.中英文流利,可作为工作语言完成日常沟通、对接工作; 3.中方外派或印尼本地入职均可,中方候选人优先考虑; 4.具备极强的责任心和团队协作意识,能接受电商行业工作节奏,工作细心、态度积极,肯学肯问、接受度高,学习能力强;
Job ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the overall sales operation of the brand's official flagship store, formulate and implement sales growth strategies for each store and product line to ensure the achievement of sales targets.Maintain platform cooperative relationships, actively strive for high-quality resources, and maximize resource utilization efficiency to boost sales.Assist in promoting the whole launch process of new brand products on the e-commerce side, including product shelving, marketing coordination and sales follow-up.Connect with the headquarters for system collaboration, problem communication and handling to ensure the smooth operation of the operational system processes.Cooperate with the team to complete daily e-commerce operations, and efficiently undertake and execute various basic work of the e-commerce sector.Job Requirements1-3 years of relevant e-commerce work experience, priority given to candidates with cross-border e-commerce experience;Fluent in Chinese and English, able to complete daily communication and docking as working languages;Both Chinese expatriate and local Indonesian employment are acceptable, Chinese candidates are preferred;Strong sense of responsibility and team cooperation, careful in work, positive attitude, eager to learn and ask questions with strong learning ability;Adapt to the working rhythm of the e-commerce industry, available for overtime work as required, with strong pressure resistance, excellent execution and practical work style.
