Responsibilities:• Ensure charger availability SLA by monitoring live chargers, identifying outages, and executing recovery actions. • Respond to incidents and resolve issues through first-level troubleshooting, remote and onsite, and coordinate escalations within defined SLAs. • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and prevent recurring failures. • Manage firmware updates, configuration checks, and system health validation to ensure consistent charger performance. • Coordinate with vendors and partners such as landlords, ISPs, OEMs, and warranty providers to resolve technical issues. • Maintain documentation and reporting of incidents, maintenance activities, and charger performance metrics.
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or Telecommunications• 2+ years of experience in operations, maintenance, or technical roles• Strong knowledge of electricity, EV chargers, and telecommunications• Experience in system troubleshooting, contractor supervision, and partner coordination• Willing to travel across Indonesia• Can join ASAP
