About the role : As a People & Culture professional, you will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent while fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture. You will work closely with leaders and employees to ensure that people strategies align with organizational values and business objectives.
Responsibilities :Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.Manage job posting and employer branding.Design and implement onboarding and employee engagement programs.Support the development and maintenance of organizational culture and core values.Provide administrative support for learning and development programs to Faculty Member and Professional Staff.Support performance management process.
Qualifications :Master’s degree in Psychology, having an active licensure (SIPP) is preferred.Have relevant experience in Human Resources minimal 3 years.Have good knowledge of competency based HR systems include recruitment, performance management, culture management, and learning development.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Willing to be place at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya BSD Campus.
