    Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatic Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.>5 years of software engineering experience, with at least 1-2 years in a Tech Lead or senior engineering role.Strong hands-on experience with web technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, REST APIs) and software architecture patterns.Proven ability to lead a development team, manage engineering timelines, and deliver projects under deadline.Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; able to facilitate sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives effectively.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; proactive in identifying and resolving technical blockers.Excellent communication skills; able to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
