    ResponsibilitiesManage and support a portfolio of retail clients provided by the company or acquired through the company’s website/app.Handle retail client inquiries related to trading platforms, account operations, deposits, withdrawals, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.Educate retail clients on the latest financial products, trading strategies, and platform functionalities.Identify, engage, and acquire new retail clients through proactive outreach, to expand customer base and achieve defined individual and team sales targets.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Client Support, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure the timely and effective resolution of escalated or complex client issues.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment on product updates, service enhancements, and ongoing or upcoming promotional campaigns.
    QualificationsProven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the brokerage or financial services industry.Consistent record of achieving sales targets, with measurable accomplishments being highly valued.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and emerging trends.Solid understanding of market dynamics and current industry developments.

    Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team with a focus on social media strategies and to ensure high performance and professional growth.Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).Oversee the creation and scheduling of engaging and brand-aligned content (posts, stories, reels, videos, live sessions).Generating high-quality leads through the strategic execution of in-person events and brand activations, integrated with social media touchpoints to maximize prospect engagement.Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance to achieve business objectives.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Design, Sales, Customer Support) to ensure cohesive campaigns.Ensure content is optimized for SEO/SEM and tailored to target audiences.Manage and track expenses for the marketing budget to provide updates to the management team and to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize ROI.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
    Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).5+ years of experience in marketing agency or fintech industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially social media, SEO & SEM, campaign, and performance marketing. Excellent in leadership, team-player, detail-oriented and possesses great organizational skills.Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication.

    Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the point of contact for retail clients through phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.Provide support to clients on, but not limited to, the following matters:Account registration (KYC verification)Trading platform installation and setup (MT4/MT5)Platform usage and functionalitiesTransactional inquiries (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)Technical issues such as login errors, slippageMaintain accurate CRM record and generate relevant reports upon requests.Collaborate with sales team to address client-related matters and ensure a seamless client experience.
