Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership across the finance, accounting, and tax functions to ensure robust financial governance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.Oversee financial reporting and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.Manage treasury matters including cash flow management, funding strategies, and relationships with banking partners.Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making, business growth, and investment initiatives.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and tax, including leadership experience in senior finance roles.Strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, treasury management, and financial planning.Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent is preferred.Strong leadership capability, strategic mindset, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate operational coordination by supporting monthly meetings with managers/directors and managing the calendar of key activities.Prepare and distribute monthly performance and achievement reports.Support the implementation of strategic improvement initiatives and management quality control systems.Assist in the development and communication of company strategic targets and policies.Monitor operational activities to ensure alignment with established targets, standards, and company policies.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.Understanding of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/K3LH), business processes, and problem-solving methodologies.Strong analytical and data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present insights.Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of business process improvement and project management.Strong reporting and documentation capabilities.Willing to travel for business purposes.
Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the company in tax audits, tax objections, tax court proceedings, and tax appeals.Conduct effective and compliant tax planning in accordance with current laws and regulations.Develop, socialize, and monitor tax procedures for all business units.Ensure all business units receive and understand the latest tax regulations.Prepare and manage official correspondence with the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP).Ensure tax compliance processes run in accordance with applicable tax laws.Perform other tax-related tasks as assigned by management.
QualificationsHands-on experience in handling Tax Audits, Tax Objections, and Tax Appeals.Certified in Brevet Tax A & B (Brevet C or USKP B is preferred).Proficient in tax applications such as e-SPT, e-Bupot, e-Faktur, and DJP Online.Up-to-date knowledge of current tax regulations.Understanding of Transfer Pricing documentation requirements.Experience dealing with tax audits, objections, and appeal processes.Willing to travel to various business units as needed.
