Job ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations and localized brand promotion of AHA Games in Indonesia. Identify and promote high-quality games that suit local user preferences to achieve targets for DAU, user activity, session duration, and overall user growth.Independently responsible for localized content planning, creation and editing, including short videos, images, captions, posters and other promotional materials that fit indonesian users preferences.Operate and manage official social media platforms (such as TikTok and Instagram), including content update, community engagement, account growth, and data optimization.Manage KOL & creator operation and MCN cooperation: discover, negotiate, maintain and manage local KOLs/KOCs/MCNs, plan and execute marketing campaigns to improve exposure, activity and user conversion.Conduct local game market research, analyze user behavior and competitor activities, and generate insights to optimize content strategies, social media performance, and user growth initiatives.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree and minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, content operations, digital media, or game platform operations.Deep understanding of the Indonesian game market, local culture, user habits, and content platform rules. Experience in game platform operation, user growth, or game promotion is a plus.Proven experience in localized content creation, social media operation, or KOL/MCN marketing; background in marketing, content operation, or digital media is strongly preferred.Experience in video editing, graphic design, or content production; candidates who own local social media accounts with a certain follower base are highly preferred.Having local KOL/MCN/industry resources is a strong advantage.Keen market insight and data sensitivity.Language: Fluent in English and Indonesian; proficiency in Chinese is a strong priority.
