  • Promotions Producer

    We’re looking for a creative Promo Producer to lead the end-to-end production of promotional content across TV programs, events, TVCs, and DVCs. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’ll turn ideas into compelling content—from concept development and scriptwriting to production oversight and post-production.

    Trans TV is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Copywriter with a strong background in creative agencies or production houses. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling and engaging written content across multiple media platforms—ranging from advertising copy and social media captions to video scripts and branded storytelling.
    Key Responsibilities :1. Conceptualize and Write High-Impact CopyCraft original and engaging copy for ads, brand campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content. Write scripts for video content including commercials, digital videos, and branded storytelling.2. Collaborate with Creative TeamsWork closely with producers, motion grapher, and strategists to brainstorm ideas and execute concepts. Participate in creative briefings and pitch sessions to shape campaign directions.3. Tailor Content for Multi-Platform UseAdapt messaging and tone for different formats and channels—Promotion TV, social media, TVC, PSA (public services announcements) and more. Ensure consistency in brand voice across all media touchpoints.4. Support Production ProcessProvide on-set or in-studio script supervision when needed.     Job Requirements:1. 3-5 years of experience as a Copywriter in a Creative Agency, Broadcasting (Promotion) Digital Agency, or Production House.2. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work—ads, scripts, campaigns, and digital content.3. Excellent command of English (and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).4.
