We are looking for an Accounting & Tax Manager to support our growth in Jakarta.
RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage the Accounting function across business units (hotel & mall), ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.Ensure all accounting processes run effectively by maintaining strong internal controls, monitoring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and improving accounting systems and procedures for efficiency and accuracy.Prepare and review budgeting, cash flow projections, and financial reports; conduct in-depth analysis of profit & loss, identify variances, and explain the causes of cost increases or decreases to support management decision-making.Actively monitor and control operational costs, including involvement in field cost supervision, ensuring expenses align with approved budgets and company targets.Provide leadership by directing, coaching, and developing the Accounting team; ensure team performance aligns with company standards, targets, and policies.Coordinate with internal departments and management to provide financial insights, recommendations, and continuous improvement in accounting and financial processes.
REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s / CPA / CA preferred), with 10 years of experience in accounting/finance, including 2–3 years in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role, preferably in hotel or mall operations.Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting systems, internal control, and tax regulations (PPh & PPN).Demonstrated capability in budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, and financial analysis, including the ability to analyze budget vs realization and identify cost variances.Able to prepare and explain profit & loss reports comprehensively, including understanding the drivers behind cost fluctuations.Proficient in ERP / Accounting Software, with experience in multi-unit financial reporting.Possesses strong leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, integrity, and excellent communication skills across departments.

Responsibilities:Able to supervise team members (MK), including assessing their knowledge, technical skills, work quality, and behavior.Capable of coaching staff, including taking disciplinary action for repeated mistakes and providing continuous training to enhance skills.Able to empower staff by reviewing their performance and productivity, fostering accountability and growth.Responsible for the purchasing process: selecting, evaluating, auditing, and maintaining vendor relationships; analyzing procurement needs quickly in accordance with policies and procedures.Manages and maintains fixed assets with stock opname and asset tagging, ensures proper storage and minimum stock levels, and provides reports on purchases, budget monitoring, delays, returns, and damages with effective solutions.
Requirements:Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, with at least 1 year of experience as a Purchasing Supervisor or in a similar role at a 5-star hotel.Neat and professional appearance, with the ability to speak at least one foreign language, English as a minimum requirement.Understanding of 5-star hotel procurement SOPs, contracts, SLAs, and vendor legal compliance.Knowledge of linen quality standards and professional laundry processes.Proficient in inventory systems, stock control, warehouse management, and applying principles of budgeting and cost control.

We are looking for a Guest Relation Supervisor to support our growth.
Responsibilities:Able to supervise Work Partners (Mitra Kerja), including monitoring their knowledge, technical skills, work quality, and professional behavior.Capable of providing guidance through coaching, training, and motivation to improve team performance and service quality, including taking disciplinary action for repeated errors and conducting continuous training sessions.Able to empower Work Partners by reviewing and evaluating their performance and productivity.Communicative and diplomatic, able to maintain strong guest relations, handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, and proactively coordinate with cross-department teams (GSO, GOO, GLO) to fulfill guest needs.Ensures a maximum 5-minute check-in/check-out process and demonstrates strong upselling and cross-selling skills at the Front Office (room upgrades, late check-out, F&B packages, spa, and activities).
Requirements:Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience as a Senior Front Office staff or Front Office Supervisor in a 5-star hotel; well-groomed, professional appearance; and fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).Strong leadership and analytical skills, accustomed to working with guest satisfaction targets such as OTA scores, online reviews, and loyalty programs.Proficient in hotel systems (VHP) for guest data management, VIP tracking, special requests, billing processes, and reporting.Knowledgeable in full Front Office operations including check-in/check-out procedures, room blocking, up-selling, and handling VIP guests according to 5-star service standards for VIP, VVIP, and repeat guests.Capable of analyzing and resolving guest complaints professionally following complaint-handling standards, and able to coordinate effectively with related departments (HK, GLO, GSO, Security) to ensure smooth guest service.
