Responsibilities:Supervise team performance, including technical knowledge, skills, work quality, and team behaviorProvide team coaching, training, motivation, and apply disciplinary actions for repeated mistakes when necessaryEmpower team members through performance evaluation, review, and productivity improvement to achieve departmental targetsDevelop strategic project plans to support mall/hotel operations and development, and conduct project progress analysis and evaluation to support management decision-makingManage project budgets effectively and efficiently, and operate ERP / project management software for reporting, monitoring, and project control
Requirements:Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering / Architecture with at least 5 years of experience in fit-out/interior construction, including project supervision in malls, hotels, or building managementStrong understanding of multi-unit project management, including planning, scope control, budgeting, and scheduling for fit-out projectsKnowledge of contracts, occupational safety regulations (K3), project permitting, and coordination with local authoritiesExperienced in managing contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, and understanding material standards, finishing, interior construction quality, and project logistics for materials and equipmentProficient in quantity surveying, budgeting, project progress evaluation, and AutoCAD/design software for drawing review, with strong leadership, integrity, and cross-department coordination skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:Execute tasks based on supervisor instructions while ensuring work quality, administrative accuracy, and compliance with applicable procedures.Carry out operational duties in accordance with SOPs and directions from supervisors.Support team performance evaluation by providing required data and reports.Prepare accurate and timely departmental financial reports, and manage financial administration in accordance with company policies and procedures.Utilize accounting systems / ERP / VHP to support operations and data recording.
REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance / Accounting.Strong understanding of transaction recording and departmental financial administration, including internal controls and financial procedures.Basic knowledge of taxation and tax regulations preferred.Able to prepare and analyze operational financial reports, with understanding of revenue streams, and experience in finance and multi-unit operations (mall & hotel)Proficient in accounting systems / ERP / VHP for recording and reporting, with strong communication and team coordination skills.
