As we continue to grow, we're looking for a KOL Associate to build our brand awareness through collaboration. If you're passionate about beauty, trends, and innovation, this role is for you!
    Key Responsibilities:KOL Selection: Research and identify key opinion leaders across relevant sectors and communities, categorizing them based on reach, relevance, and engagement.Relationship Management: Initiate contact and build authentic, long-term relationships with KOLs by understanding their passions and communication styles.Negotiation: Manage negotiations involving compensation, content requirements, and partnership terms to ensure value for both parties.Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with KOLs to co-create campaigns and content that reflect brand values and drive engagement.Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign outcomes, making data-driven adjustments for improved impact.
    Minimum Qualifications:At least 1 year of hands-on experience in KOL/Influencer Management or a related field, preferably within the beauty industry.Strong network and extensive database of influencers/KOLs.Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.Deep enthusiasm and genuine interest in the beauty space.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a similar discipline.Proven track record of managing a diverse range of talents, especially beauty influencers.Willing and able to work fully onsite at our Mega Kuningan office in South Jakarta.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Product Development to drive the creation of our next-generation makeup products. If you're passionate about beauty, trends, and innovation, this role is for you!
    Responsibilities:Develop and conceptualize new makeup products, from ideation to launch.Innovate across texture, formula, packaging, and other key product aspects.Oversee the entire product innovation process, ensuring excellence at every stage.Engage with internal and external end-users to gather insights that shape product decisions.Generate and share product knowledge to support marketing and sales strategies.Analyze product performance, including sales trends and KOL marketing insights.Create detailed product briefs and provide strategic input for marketing positioning.
    Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in any major.1-3 years of experience in Beauty Product Development.Fluent in English (oral & written).Strong understanding of local and international makeup market trends, ingredients, and consumer needs.Passionate about beauty, with extensive knowledge of makeup ingredients.Proven experience in leading product teams and cross-functional collaboration.Skilled in market research and data synthesis to inform product decisions.Track record of successfully developing and launching beauty products.Willing to work from the Mega Kuningan office (WFO policy).

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior KOL Strategist to build and manage relationship with KOL and Celebrity! If you're passionate about beauty, trends, and innovation, this role is for you!

    Key Responsibilities:
    Strategic KOL Management – Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), beauty influencers, and industry insiders to strengthen brand image and credibility.Multi-Platform Collaboration – Manage influencer partnerships across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and more, ensuring brand consistency in messaging and visual identity.Partnership Negotiation – Manage partnership discussions, including compensation, deliverables, and timelines to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.Performance Analysis & ROI Optimization – Track campaign effectiveness and use data-driven insights to fine-tune strategies, allocate budgets wisely, and maximize returns.Performance Monitoring & Competitive Research – Keep up with beauty industry trends, competitor moves, and evolving influencer strategies to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.

    Qualifications:
    At least 3-4 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Management, preferably within the beauty industry.Own a wide-reaching KOL database.Fluent in both spoken and written English.Passionate about beauty industry.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.Proven ability to manage diverse influencer portfolios, particularly in the beauty space.Willing to Work From Office (WFO) Monday - Friday in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Associate to lead the promotion and launch of our innovative makeup products. If you're passionate about beauty, trends, and innovation, this role is for you!
    Key Responsibilities:Influencer Selection: Research and identify influencers and content creators who’s align with our brand's values, target demographic, and marketing goals.Campaign Planning: Create detailed influencer marketing strategies that support overarching marketing objectives, product launches, and promotional initiatives.Content Partnerships: Work closely with influencers to produce compelling and authentic content, including sponsored posts, product reviews, tutorials, and placements.Campaign Execution: Oversee all elements of influencer marketing campaigns, from developing content briefs to managing contracts, timelines, and deliverables.Performance Evaluation: Track and assess the success of influencer campaigns, analyzing key metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.Budget Oversight: Effectively manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring optimal spend to maximize return on investment and meet campaign goals.
    Minimum Qualifications:At least 1 year of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar field.Fluent in English (required).Strong passion for the beauty industry.Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication or a related discipline.Strong understanding of beauty and makeup products is a plus.Have extensive knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.Available to work full-time at the Mega Kuningan office, South Jakarta.
