    As a leading OTA business, tiket.com is expanding its offerings with the launch of tiketplus. This new product, operated under our sister company PT Promoland Indowisata, is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager (MICE) to join its dynamic team.
    MICE Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing end-to-end sales processes, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role plays a key part in expanding the company’s MICE business footprint, ensuring sustainable sales performance, and delivering excellent client experience.
    Your main duties in flying with us:Identify, approach, and acquire new MICE clients to achieve predetermined sales targets.Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement through negotiation and deal closure.Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high service quality.Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing ongoing support, insights, and solutions aligned with client needs.Monitor, track, and analyze client performance, including revenue contribution and engagement trends.Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports and pipeline updates to the direct superior.Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of MICE solutions.Perform other duties and assignments as required by management to support business objectives.
    Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related fieldMin 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the MICE, travel, or hospitality industry.Familiarity with the MICE industry, including different event types, target markets, and the sales process.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.Able to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong self-motivation, drive, and a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficient in using systems and other sales-related tools.Highly customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and solutions.
