Key Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership exposureExperience within financial services is highly preferredStrong understanding of Indonesian labor regulationsDemonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operational levelsStrong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skillsHigh integrity and ability to manage confidential informationloves fashionexpert in organisational developmentexpert in performance management and kpi implementationexpert in HR strategyexpert in employee engagement and employer brandingmust be fluent in englishmust have a strong analytical capabilitymust have a growth mindsetdo well under pressure
