We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged and passionate Preventive Maintenance Assistant Manager, the successful person will be expected to responsible to coordinate the day-to-day activities of maintenance workers to ensure that Facilities, Utilities equipment, machinery, or instruments function reliably and safely and they are in good working order.
    Responsibilities:Generate Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all Facilities and Utilities equipment, and building without disruption business performanceInspect completed work to check that repairs have been completed correctly and that machinery and equipment conform to specifications and safety standards.Monitor the condition of maintenance equipment, material, parts, and tools that are used by maintenance worker in their day-to-day activitiesPrioritize and assign tasks so that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.Coach and mentor maintenance staff and assist them to diagnose more complex problems with machinery and or equipment problemsDrive a continuous improvement culture. Make sure that accurately monitor and encourage behavior that recognizes the importance of safety, quality and excellence in all aspects of work

    Responsibility :Engineering process in order to reduce machinery down time, run effective, efficient, orderly and controlled cover issues: Safety, Efficiency, Quality, Cost.Running production plan delivered as per targets in accordance with the planning especially related with low down time.Coordinate with other function (Production, QA, Safety) to ensure alignment program implemented as per plan agreed.Do preventive & corrective maintenance to avoid machinery breakdown.Deliver a continuous improvement culture of safety, quality and excellence in all aspects of work.

    Responsibilities:Project Monitoring & Machine InstallationSupervise and monitor machine installation activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.Manage mechanical and electrical installation (M&E) works, ensuring proper installation of equipment, utilities, and supporting systems.Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Cost standards.Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to support smooth project implementation.Achieve project milestones and overall delivery in line with approved schedules.Safety, Quality, and Cost ControlEnsure all installation and commissioning activities comply with HSE requirements, company standards, and local regulations.Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with Quality standards and engineering best practices.Control project costs and minimize rework through proper planning, coordination, and technical review.Participate in risk assessments, safety audits, and method statement reviews.

    What Your Days Look LikeLead and supervise building construction projects from installation to commissioning (including internal building, HVAC, and MEP)Ensure project delivery meets timeline, cost, quality, and safety standardsMonitor project execution and proactively address any risks or issues on-siteManage and coordinate contractors, vendors, and suppliers in line with company regulations (Finance, OHS, GMP, etc.)Monitor contractor performance, including training compliance and contractor evaluation (CAR findings)Plan and schedule civil works within a production/manufacturing environmentTrack project budget, cost, and timeline to ensure efficient executionOrganize and lead regular site meetings with stakeholders to align on progress, scheduling, and operational needsCollaborate with Project Engineers, including assigning and coordinating MEP scope of workPrepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings and technical specifications
