Job ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms).Monitor and analyze campaign performance including budget utilization, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.Manage and optimize sales performance across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).Create and execute marketing campaigns to support brand awareness and sales growth.Be involved in the creative content development process, including brainstorming campaign ideas, content concepts, and promotional strategies.Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to produce engaging marketing materials.Participate as a content talent when needed for marketing materials such as promotional videos, social media content, or marketplace campaigns.Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven insights.Propose and implement strategies to increase online traffic and sales.Stay updated with digital marketing trends and marketplace best practices.
QualificationsMinimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce management.Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus).Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales strategies.Ability to analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.Target-oriented and able to work within deadlines.Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess good problem-solving skills.Comfortable appearing on camera and participating as a talent for marketing content is a plus.
Videographer & Video Editor
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor to join our team and help produce engaging visual content.
Placement: West JakartaWorking Days: Monday – Saturday
Job Responsibilities:Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for marketing, social media, and promotional needs.Handle video recording including camera setup, lighting, and audio.Edit videos including cutting, color grading, transitions, sound adjustment, and basic motion graphics.Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop engaging video concepts.Ensure all video content aligns with the brand’s visual standards and messaging.Organize and manage video files and project assets.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor.Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.Good understanding of video production, lighting, framing, and storytelling.Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work within deadlines.Able to work independently as well as in a team.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling automotive products including window film, Paint Protection Film (PPF), and other automotive accessories, while building strong relationships with customers and partners.
Job ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell automotive products such as window film, PPF (Paint Protection Film), and other automotive accessories.Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, car communities, dealers, and corporate clients.Provide product knowledge and consultation to customers regarding product benefits and installation.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer data.Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability and installation schedules.Participate in sales events, exhibitions, or promotional activities when required.
