    Role Description In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of all supply chain activities and production processes within the company. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations from raw material procurement through to the final delivery of finished products to our customers, maintaining a strict focus on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
    Key Responsibilities Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement supply chain and production strategies that are fully aligned with the company's business goals. Conduct thorough market, demand, and production capacity analysis to ensure accurate planning. Identify and apply new methodologies to continuously improve operational efficiency. Supply Chain Management: Manage the entire procurement cycle, which includes selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. Oversee inventory management to minimize storage costs while ensuring the optimal availability of raw materials and finished products. Manage logistics and distribution—including transportation, warehousing, and shipping—to guarantee timely and cost-effective deliveries. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all supply chain stakeholders. Production Management: Plan, organize, and supervise daily production processes to meet strict quality, quantity, and deadline targets. Manage production schedules alongside the allocation of resources such as manpower, machinery, and materials. Drive production efficiency by implementing best practices and identifying areas for continuous improvement. Team and Performance Management: Lead, train, and develop the supply chain and production team to achieve peak performance. Set performance targets, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Foster a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment. Quality and Cost Control: Ensure all supply chain and production processes strictly adhere to established quality standards. Analyze production and logistics costs to pinpoint opportunities for savings and efficiency enhancements. Effectively manage the budget for the supply chain and production departments. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare periodic performance reports detailing production rates, costs, quality metrics, and on-time delivery rates. Perform data analysis to spot trends, troubleshoot issues, and discover opportunities for improvement. Present your findings and strategic recommendations to senior management. Ad-hoc Duties: Handle other urgent tasks within reasonable operational limits as required.
    Qualifications & Skills Solid understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and manufacturing operations, specifically within the Apparel Fashion, Boutique Retail Fashion, and Textile Manufacturing industries. 3–5 years of proven experience in garment production and supply chain operations within the Boutique Retail Fashion industry, including a demonstrated ability to manage and drive team performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen orientation toward detail. Familiarity working with ERP systems and other relevant supply chain management software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Strong collaborative skills to work effectively alongside various departments. High attention to detail, specifically regarding product quality. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines. Agility to quickly adapt to changing market trends and incorporate constructive feedback.
