    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    The incumbent will support in overseeing and managing EHS across the country’s construction and DC operation portfolios. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to, ensuring EHS compliance and performance of the construction projects and DC operations and ensuring alignment with Company's EHS Group Minimum Standards (GMS), in-country statutory and code requirements, working in collaboration with and supporting the Senior Manager of EHS and the various businesses and functions to identify key EHS gaps/challenges in the areas of construction and DC operations to address related risks and opportunities, and reviewing and recommending robust processes and procedures for implementation to improve EHS performance. This includes assisting in identifying and addressing EHS training needs, and developing improvement plans for implementation to ensure EHS competence within the businesses. Assist the Senior Manager of EHS in the establishment and implementation of a robust EHS Management System, including all relevant companywide EHS processes, procedures, protocols, and programs, in alignment with company Group EHS framework. Assist the Senior Manager of EHS in maintaining the country/business’s EHS Management System and where required, facilitate internal and external audits and the certified accreditation process. Provide support in managing and maintaining oversight of construction projects (including A&A and customer fit-out projects) and DC operations and ensure company’s EHS Group Minimum Standards (GMS) and any other related company EHS standards and requirements, relevant statutory obligations and regulatory requirements, codes, and laws, are implemented, efficiently managed, and maintained throughout the duration of each project/DC operation. Work in conjunction with supply chain partners’ onsite management team to ensure the EHS Management System is effectively implemented and maintained. Work closely with and provide support to the Data Centre Operations team and contractors in ensuring work activities are adequately planned and executed safely and in full compliance with applicable legal and EHS requirements. Review and provide constructive input on construction project and operational data center related high-risk work processes and relevant documentation (e.g., risks assessments, safe work procedures, worker competencies, equipment licenses, etc.) including the oversight of high-risk work execution. Conduct 6-monthly EHS compliance audits for construction and A&A projects, prepare audit report and follow up on EHS findings with relevant stakeholders, and ensure these are tracked to closure. Plan and perform regular EHS assurance walkdowns, task observations and inspections for construction project and operational data center related activities; prepare findings report and follow up on and ensure actions are tracked to closure. Oversee all EHS incidents including near misses that occur and ensure they are duly reported and investigated in conformance with company Incident Management Standards. Review incident reports and investigations for completeness and where applicable, ensure injury management requirements is monitored and followed through in conformance with company Incident Management Standards. Attend all essential construction project and operational data center related EHS meetings / reviews and where required, prepare meeting minutes as directed by the Senior Manager of EHS. Assist in planning, developing and executing EHS programs, procedures and awareness activities for the company business. Support any other EHS activities, initiatives and tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager of EHS for both construction projects and data centers operations. Facilitate the collation and sharing of EHS knowledge, lessons learned (including from incidents) and leading practices to provide for continual improvement.
    RequirementsBachelor’s Degree/Tertiary Level Qualification in Engineering or related field. Minimum 7 years of working experience in managing EHS in construction with least two years of the experience in a live asset operation environment. EHS experience in the data center construction and facility management space is definitely an added advantage. Experienced in the development and roll-out of EHS management systems, processes, and program, with knowledge in conducting data analytics and reporting leading and lagging statistical indicators. Experienced in managing and driving positive EHS outcomes within a challenging environment. Recognized EHS-related professional certification and/or accreditation is a pre-requisite requirement. Technical knowledge and experience in the field of EHS management, preferably in the data center environment. Exposure and knowledge of international EHS standards and best practices will be an added advantage. Possess written and verbal communication competence and skills in English and the relevant local language (Bahasa Indonesia)

    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    Manages and services large scale 'in-country' data centre infrastructure and facilities to ensure 24x7 operations in rotating shifts.Supports the organisation's data centre services through active 24x7 monitoring of the infrastructure.Acts as Level 1 escalation point for all onsite operational incidents, respond & perform remote requests within SLA.Documents and updates accurately all requests on the internal Web Portal ticketing system such as user requests, incidents, provisioning, etc.Delivers ITIL compliance process conformance for incident, problem and change management.Ensures effective implementations of safety, security and customer support policy and procedures.Coordinates and provides support to contractors and vendors as well as inspecting completed work.Plans and supports all preventive and reactive maintenance activities with little to no disruption to company's services.Participates and supports internal and external audits for internal stakeholders and customers.Generates accurate and regular reports when required.Any other duties or project as assigned by the Management.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    As an assistant manager based in Indonesia, the successful candidate will be a key member of the owners engineering team assigned to new, expansion or upgrade/renewal Data Center projects being delivered within Indonesia. The candidate will be responsible to oversee engineering and commissioning being performed by consultants and contractors is in accordance with group standards and aligns with end user and industry standards.Support all regional Data Center (DC) projects through all project phases as the Mechanical Subject Matter Expert.Review and recommend the good engineering design and workflow practices for DC. During the review, the person must be familiar with the impact to Structure, Architectural, Space Management, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and IT/Network.Reduce DC carbon footprint and promote Green Data Centre in both the Design and Operations by leveraging industry best practices and applying BCA Green Mark/LEED and similar requirements.Review both engineering and workflow prepared by consultant during project development.Assist in the Technical evaluation of the key M&E equipment selection during the project development.Assess both Commission ability as well as Concurrent Maintainability of the design prepared by consultants.Lead the Commission ability of the project and ensure the commissioning of the M&E systems are diligently carried out.Work with the team to review Risk Assessment (RA), Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures throughout the project development.Support commissioning activities and owner witnessing around the globe.Any other duties or projects as assigned by the Management.
    Requirements
    Master’s / bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineeringAt least 5 to 8 years of engineering working experience in Mission Critical environment with Design and Practical Construction experience.Project Management qualification or training in the Engineering and Construction industry is an advantageProfessional specialist in engineering development within MEP system with a good knowledge of BCA GreenMark or LEED guidelinesWell versed in the Indonesia SNI (Code of Practice) & ASHRAE.; familiarity with TIA 942 and Uptime Institute is preferred.Experienced in Commissioning (Integrated System Test) for Mission Critical facilities (24x7) e.g Telecommunication, Data Centres etc.Able to articulate and develop engineering specifications, construction workflows and best practices engineering guidelines for Mission Critical Facilities.Experience with construction related projects with a minimum project value of $100m (both Green and Brown field projects).Strong written and communication skills, multiple regional language skills are an advantageCertifications: Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is preferredMust be willing to travel

    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    Lead and coordinate DLP activities for MEP systems, ensuring timely resolution of defects and outstanding works.Maintain and update defect tracking logs, follow up with contractors and vendors for rectification.Conduct site inspections and verification of defect closure.Liaise with operations and end-users to validate defect reports and ensure satisfaction.Prepare DLP status reports and escalate unresolved issues to the Project Manager.Support the Project Manager in monitoring project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on MEP design and execution.Assist in preparing progress reports, risk assessments, and quality control documentation.Represent ST Telemedia GDC in the utmost professional manner while constantly embracing honesty, integrity and transparency.Maintain project documentation.Any other matters that are assigned from time to time.
    Requirements
    Minimum Bachelors level.Project Management qualification or similar equivalent training in the Engineering and Construction industry.Minimum 5 years Project Management experience for Data Centre or other related Mission Critical (24x7) environment projects.Project Management Experience with a minimum project value of $100m (both Green and Brown field projects).Strong knowledge and experience in the data Centre infrastructure design, construction and fit out processes including mechanical, electrical, builder works & security systems.Experienced in full-lifecycle Project Management from design and feasibility through to close-out and DLP. Demonstrated career progression in Engineering and Construction.Ability to plan, organize and manage an international team of multi-disciplined resources.Excellent verbal and written English.Strong communication skills essential.Willing to travel
