Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales for each brand, including pricing promotions and other tactics (vouchers, gift-with-purchase).Manage and preserve net revenue percentage from remaining margins.Create Purchase Orders and perform regular demand-forecast calculations for each brand.Oversee brand inventory for both online and offline stores to achieve healthy DOI (Days of Inventory) and OOS (Out-of-Stock) rates.Validate monthly sales and stock reports (including quantities & values sold, pricing, margins, brand promotion contribution %, and ending inventory).Provide guidance to Customer Service on consumer complaints and resolution strategies.Act as liaison between external partners and internal teams on sales, promotions, payments, customer complaints, and marketing activations.
Requirements:Min. Bachelor Degree from any related majorMinimum 2 years experience in merchandising/relationship managementExcellent business development, client development, and relationship building with a service mindsetAbility to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, and communicate effectively with internal and external partiesStrong in strategic planning, data analysis, negotiation and collaboration

Responsibilities:Design attractive and brand-aligned product displays and store layouts.Collaborate with the Merchandising team to develop planograms based on SKU priorities and promotional campaigns.Refresh store displays regularly to align with seasonal themes, monthly campaigns, and retail trends.Ensure cohesive branding across all physical touchpoints (color tones, signage, POP materials, etc.).Develop and update the Visual Merchandising (VM) Guidelines for all offline channels, including stores, booths, and events.Supervise visual merchandising implementation in all stores directly or via coordination with store teams.Conduct routine store visits to ensure visual standards and SOP compliance are maintained.Design booth visuals, branded corners, or experiential zones for special campaigns and brand collaborations.Provide visual support for events, pop-ups, and flagship activations.Create VM performance reports based on display compliance, customer feedback, and sales impact.Work closely with data and store teams to assess visual merchandising effectiveness on product sell-through.
