    Responsibilities:Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights.Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission.Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities - Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.Devise innovative growth strategies.Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics - Marketing Plan and execution for both Above the Line, Below the Line & Digital Marketing.

    Responsibilities:Lead and execute Retail Marketing initiatives (online & offline) including store activations, events, pop-ups, and O2O campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and sales growth.Manage and grow the KOL & Affiliate ecosystem (macro to nano), including program structure, incentives, and performance optimization to increase GMV and ROI.Develop and lead the community program to boost engagement, UGC, and community-driven sales.Oversee social media and content direction to support brand awareness, affiliate performance, and membership acquisition.Drive the development of membership & loyalty programs to increase repeat purchase, active members, and customer lifetime value.Collaborate with tech and data teams to optimize the E-Commerce App, leveraging CRM, personalization, and push strategies to improve retention and conversions.

    Job DescriptionResponsible for managing KOL/Influencer operational performance and improving content quality and effectiveness.Analyze data and provide recommendations to select the most suitable influencers/KOLs for each campaign.Develop, execute, and optimize influencer marketing strategies end-to-end.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs/Influencers and key stakeholders.Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns that increase brand engagement through KOL/Influencer collaborations.Monitor, evaluate, and report on KOL campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

    About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Store Development Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and supervision of store development projects—from new store openings and renovations to layout modifications. This role ensures that every project reflects BeautyHaul’s brand identity,.
    ResponsibilitiesDevelop timelines, budgets, and resource plans for new store openings, renovations, and layout modifications.Coordinate with internal teams (Visual Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Procurement) and external vendors.Prepare feasibility studies and cost estimates for proposed projects.Collaborate with VM and Brand teams to translate brand guidelines into functional and aesthetic store layouts.Ensure fixtures, signage, lighting, and materials meet BeautyHaul’s quality and branding standards.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality, timelines, and safety compliance.Track project expenses against approved budgets.Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and operational requirements.Ensure all store development activities comply with local regulations and company policies.Organize final inspections and ensure all defects are resolved before handover to Operations.Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
