    Overview
    A Marketing Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that create awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue pipeline. This role focuses heavily on data, experimentation, and cross-functional alignment between Marketing and Sales.
    Key Responsibilities
    1. Campaign Strategy & ExecutionIdentify and define target audiences and buyer personas to ensure campaigns reach the right prospects.Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid ads, social, webinars, events, content syndication).Design and run campaigns that attract, engage, and convert potential customers across the full funnel.
    2. Lead Generation & Funnel ManagementGenerate MQLs and SQLs through targeted, high-impact digital tactics.Build nurturing sequences and automation workflows to guide leads from awareness to conversion.Analyse performance and identify areas for improvement across growth markets in partnership with Sales leadership.
