    Job Description :Lead the development and execution of the annual sales work plan and forecast, guiding the team in identifying, researching, and targeting prospective studentsOversee the creation and implementation of sales strategies that align with the school’s business objectives, ensuring team execution and tracking results to meet enrolment targets.Supervise and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including exploring scholarship opportunities, to enhance brand visibility and attract new studentsFoster and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective parents/students, while identifying strategic opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Monitor sales metrics, event performance, and market trends, delivering regular insights and reports to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies.
    Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in education, banking, or hotel.Strong ability to develop and manage comprehensive sales work plans and annual forecasts.Hands-on experience in designing and executing multi-channel sales strategiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current consumers.     ResponsibilitiesMaintain office facility and assets, make sure the facility and assets conditions and determine priorities for the enhancement, repair and modification of building facilities and assets.Develop plans and scheduling the enhancement for ongoing and preventive maintenance of facilities.Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, service providers to negotiate contracts and monitor the service quality.Work closely with vendor and Finance Accounting to make sure the vendor invoice and all supporting document is completed, and payment done in timely manner.Implement and maintain the security protocols, emergency procedures and safety measures.Car arrangements for daily operations.Coordinate and participate the school events and activities.
    QualificationsBachelor's degree in any major with at least 3 years working experiences in General Affairs Department.Ability to work effectively under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Must be a strong individual contributor and team player with a “can do” attitude.Effective analytical techniques, strong listening and presentation skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Point and Word.Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Working Location is in BSD, Tangerang.
