Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a headhunter or agency/in-house recruiter in a fast-paced environment from Manufacturing, Retail or services industry.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology.Willingness to work on-site at our office in BSD, Tangerang.Detail-Oriented, Data-Driven, Master Organizer, and proven good in time management.True Hunter inherently target-oriented and take initiative.Excellent Communicator with possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English or Mandarin.
