    Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the guardian of accurate and timely attendance management.Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and confidential upkeep of all employee documents, from onboarding to offboarding.Expertly manage the entire lifecycle of administrative matters, including working visa processing and BPJS (Health & Employment) administration.Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.Coordinate and schedule the entire interview process, providing a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events (e.g., annual gatherings, team-building activities).Coordinate employee training and development programs to foster a culture of continuous growth.Utilize HR data to generate reports and provide insights on key metrics like attendance, turnover, and training effectiveness.Identify trends and proactively recommend improvements to policies, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.

    ResponsibilitiesMaintain office facility and assets, make sure the facility and assets conditions and determine priorities for the enhancement, repair and modification of building facilities and assets.Develop plans and scheduling the enhancement for ongoing and preventive maintenance of facilities.Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, service providers to negotiate contracts and monitor the service quality.Work closely with vendor and Finance Accounting to make sure the vendor invoice and all supporting document is completed, and payment done in timely manner.Implement and maintain the security protocols, emergency procedures and safety measures.Car arrangements for daily operations.Coordinate and participate the school events and activities.
