Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Jakarta. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving customer acquisition strategies. Key tasks will include:Identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships with prospective clients, maintaining existing client relationshipsOversee contract preparation, invoicing, and commercial administrationSupport business development activities including outreach, meeting preparation, and proposal coordinationMaintain and update the CRM to ensure pipeline accuracy and visibilityCollaborate with internal teams to support smooth client onboarding and ongoing account managementManage the commercial pipeline, including deal tracking, documentation, and follow-through
QualificationsMust have:1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or commercial operationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailClear and professional communicator in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishComfortable working with digital tools including CRM systems and productivity platformsGood to have:Experience in insurance, fintech, healthtech, or enterprise softwareFamiliarity with Monday.com, Notion, or similar tools
