JOB DESCRIPTION:Develop and manage end-to-end paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channelsPlan, launch, optimist, and scale performance-driven campaigns focused on traffic, conversions, and revenue growthManage advertising budgets and forecasts to achieve target ROAS, CPA, and revenue goalsDrive paid traffic to e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, marketplaces) and optimize for conversion performanceCollaborate with e-commerce and web teams to improve landing pages, checkout flow, and user experienceSupport product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales through paid campaignsAnalyst funnel performance from ad click to purchase, identifying drop-offs and optimization opportunitiesMonitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, tracking pixels)Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pagesPrepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendationsEnsure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity across platformsWork closely with creative, content, CRM, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive campaign executionProvide guidance and mentoring to junior digital ads specialists where applicableLiaise with external agencies, vendors, and platform partnersStay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and privacy regulationsEnsure compliance with brand guidelines, advertising policies, and data protection requirementsImplement best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance consistency
QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred1-3 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketingProven experience managing e-commerce-focused ad campaignsExperience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, marketplaces is requiredAdvanced expertise in paid digital advertising platformsStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsProven ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS and conversion performanceDeep understanding of e-commerce funnels and customer journeysBudget management and forecasting skillsStrategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilityStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
