    About The Role:Assisting various strategic market analysis projects to identify potential propertiesDue diligence property and market conditions.Coordinating with internal teams on delivering market analysis.Initiate research and generate new insight from the property sector.
    Requirements:S1 Urban & Regional Planning or any majors related to Property/Real Estate.3-5 Years Working Experience in Property industry.Understanding property research and basic data analysis.Is tech-savvy and competent in Ms Office (Particularly in Ms Excel, Ms Power Point).Knowledge about Spreadsheet, Google Data Studio, SPSS, and Web GIS will be a plus point.Analytical abilities and attention to details.

    About the RoleThe role is the front line of the Rukita team. We find the best solution for housing for everyone and help out potential tenants to match their needs with our thousands of properties nationwide using our best-in-class solution via impactful, value-driven outreach and great conversations. As an online sales, you become our sales force to ensure the positive growth to our business as well as supporting incoming requirements to housing demands.     Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Insurance & Protection Desk Manager to lead and manage insurance and protection initiatives within our proptech ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for driving insurance operations, managing strategic partnerships, improving customer protection programs, and supporting revenue growth through embedded insurance solutions
    The role will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Commercial, Legal, Customer Experience, and external insurance partners to ensure seamless execution of insurance and protection services across the customer journey
    Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage insurance and protection programs aligned with company business objectivesDrive operational excellence across insurance onboarding, policy administration, claims coordination, and escalation handlingManage relationships with insurance providersNegotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and operational frameworks with partnersIdentify opportunities to embed insurance and protection products into property transactions and customer journeysCollaborate with internal teams to improve customer adoption, operational efficiency, and service qualityMonitor and analyze performance metrics including conversion, claims handling, customer satisfaction, and partner performanceAct as the subject matter expert for insurance and protection-related initiatives across the organization
