Job Description:Develop and maintain ICT infrastructure documentation and network topology within the assigned areaManage and maintain ICT department assetsConfigure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks and network devices such as routers (Mikrotik, Cisco), firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos), switches (Cisco, Aruba, HPE, D-Link), and access pointsConfigure and monitor ICT radio communication devices, including HT radios (ICOM, Baofeng, Motorola) and IP/Wireless radios (Cambium, Ubiquiti)Perform patching and firmware updates on all IT devices, as well as antivirus updates on user laptops/desktopsManage and support Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, and Azure Active Directory (AAD)Conduct analysis, planning, monitoring, and control of applications and systems in accordance with IT security policiesProvide IT Helpdesk support within the company
Requirements:Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience as IT Staff; experience working in plantation company is a plusTechnical competencies: ICT network monitoring, internet systems, device configuration, PABX, telecommunications, VoIP, application installation, antivirus, network security, email systems, and Microsoft Office productsWilling to be placed at Site Tebo, Jambi / Site Bengalon, Kaltim (employee housing is provided on site).
