    Job Responsibilities:Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure smooth communication between sales team, customers, logistic, and internal departments.Monitor customer purchase orders, delivery schedules, and shipment status.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and monthly performance summaries.Follow up outstanding orders, payment status, and customer inquiries.Support sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.Maintain accurate sales data and customer records in the system.Assist in handling customer complaints and provide timely solutions.Compile and summarize customers’ weekly inventory goods reports.
