OverviewA Senior ERP Consultant is responsible for leading ERP implementation projects, analyzing business requirements, and delivering effective system solutions. This role requires strong functional knowledge, client-facing skills, and the ability to guide junior consultants.Key Responsibilities1. Project Implementation & DeliveryLead end-to-end ERP implementation (planning, configuration, testing, deployment).Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.Ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support.2. Business AnalysisGather and analyze client business requirements.Translate business needs into ERP system solutions.Identify gaps and recommend process improvements.3. System Configuration & CustomizationConfigure ERP modules based on client requirements (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).Collaborate with technical teams for customization and integration.Ensure system aligns with best practices and business goals.4. Client ManagementAct as the main point of contact for clients.Conduct workshops, presentations, and system demonstrations.Provide expert advice and build strong client relationships.5. Testing & Quality AssuranceDevelop test scenarios and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing).Ensure system accuracy, performance, and reliability.6. Training & SupportTrain end-users and client teams.Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.Prepare user manuals and documentation.7. Team LeadershipMentor and guide junior consultants.Review team deliverables and ensure quality standards.Support internal knowledge sharing and capability building.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field.Experience5–8+ years of experience in ERP implementation.Proven experience in handling full-cycle ERP projects.Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or finance is a plus.SkillsStrong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).Excellent business process understanding.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and presentation skills.Leadership and project management abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with ERP systems like Yonyou, SAP, Oracle, or Odoo.PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.Experience working with multinational or Chinese companies is an advantage.Mandarin/English proficiency (if required by company).
