  • Work Location: Sorowako For National Recruitment
    Purpose of the Role To lead health and Industrial Hygiene team and coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams, internal and external (including Indonesia Government – Health Ministry, Ministry of Mine Mineral Resources, and Labor), related to the delivery of the strategy and to ensure an integrated, efficient and uniform approach to Health management across the global business unit and to achieve an efficient and productive PTVI Health performance. This role also becomes 2nd layer - 1st line of defense of medical services for PTVI.
    Accountabilities: Directing Environment, Health, Safety, and Risk (EHSR) standards and regulations by ensuring work environment conditions, equipment, materials, methods, worker behavior, and 5S under area responsibility with the aim of minimizing risk, achieving safe and secure conditions (Zero Harm), clean environment and achieved work productivity targets. Lead and provide strategic direction and guidance for all PTVI employees and contractors to focus on continuous improvement of Health, Hygiene and disability management related systems and processes, and benchmark of industry best practices to improve PTVI Health performance in the short- and long-term period. Direct and control the implementation of health and hygiene safeguard to operation (ie: MCU, specific health hazard investigation, and the inspection of ergonomics & PPEs), and disability management issues by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of the program with Vale Base Metals and Corporate Health Team, and PTVI Health policy. Ensure the PTVI Health promotion and prevention of practice and provide professional Health guidance within the employees, contractors and community in all PTVI operation areas to ensure the Practices are implemented and guidance is provided. Develop and propose strategic improvement related to physical health, mental health, wellness, hygiene, disability management, medical healthcare, and strategic prevention controls by develop and propose recommendation of cost effective, safe, and sustainable health, hygiene, disability management, technologies, systems, employee health screening program, and operational excellence principles & practices to support the HS & Operational Risk performance and aligned with Vale global policies, procedures and programs, and Indonesia Health Law. Ensure availability of medical support (hospital) strategy, budgeting process review, routine monitoring controls, and adequate procedures are implemented to achieve company goals. Review and evaluated Health and medical care Key Performance Indicators as the guidance on Health risk management, including hazard identification, risk assessment and control, with particular emphasis on the management of long-term risk, in order to support the goal achievement that is relevant to the Group Health risks. Develop and maintain the standard and protocol for occurred abnormal situation such as local outbreak, diseases related to natural disaster, or pandemic situation to prevent and mitigate the negative impact to the employee's health and hygiene and the business continuity.
    Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) majoring in Medical Doctor. Minimum 11 years of professional experience in Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Industrial Hygiene, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position. MOSH (Master of Occupational Health & Safety) and IIH (Indonesian Industrial Hygiene) certifications are preferred. Strong leadership skills in risk assessment, health monitoring, and hygiene control. Experience managing a multidisciplinary Occupational Safety and Health (K3) & Industrial Hygiene team is preferred. Strong communication and reporting skills. Fluent in English communication (writing, reading, speaking). Computer literate, experienced in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point). Preferably have experience or knowledge in the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management System (SMK3L).

  • Purpose of the RoleIdentify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities including partnerships, investments, market expansions, and strategic alliances that support the long-term growth and competitiveness of PT Vale Indonesia. Integrates market intelligence, commercial strategy, and financial acumen to drive sustainable business value.
    Accountabilities:Conduct commercial and financial assessments for potential projects, partnerships, and acquisitions, including cost-benefit and risk analysis, with support from technical. Initiate and negotiate partnerships with potential investors, smelters, battery manufacturers, and technology providers to create joint ventures or strategic alliances. This include Partner Selection Process from Inquiry, partner assessment, due diligence, short listing, scoring, selection.Prepare comprehensive business proposals and investment decks for internal review, board approvals, and external funding discussions & Lead JV Commercial negotiation with selected partner, from key term sheet negotiation up to final agreement.Monitor local and global market trends, policy shifts, and technological advancements to identify business growth opportunities in nickel mining and downstream industries.Engage with government agencies, regulators, and industry stakeholders to influence policy, secure approvals, and ensure alignment with national industry priorities.Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Sustainability teams to assess business cases, define structures, and support project execution.Benchmark against competitors, analyze market entry barriers, and monitor value chain shifts that affect PTVI’s growth trajectory.Track performance of executed business development initiatives, measure ROI, and refine future strategies based on lessons learned.

    Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mining Engineering, or a related field discipline.15 years of experience with related field.Certified in project finance, investment analysis (e.g., CFA Level 1–2), or strategic partnerships is preferable.Strong communication and persuasion skills & Resilience and adaptability in a changing environment.Understanding of nickel industry value chain (upstream to downstream) & Familiarity with Indonesian mining laws and investment regulations.Preferred able to speak Mandarin language.Computer literate, experienced in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visual Basic). Preferably have experience or knowledge in the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management System (SMK3L).

  • Manager Social Development Program  

    - East Luwu Regency

    Purpose of the RolePlan, Organize, Actuating & Controlling to ensure the proper execution of Program Kawasan Pedesaan Mandiri (PKPM) & SDG’s of Village, strategic partnership and strategic contribution in managing the framework of Integrated Program for Community Development (PPM) in 38 empowerment villages in Luwu Timur Regency as well as community social responsibility (CSR) in South Sulawesi Province, that establishes Penta helix collaboration of government, community and company. Mutual and equal support to promote the sustainable participation is mainstreamed in this approach. Thus, the sustainability of the program with the strategic resource mobilization of the government and the community can be realized.
