Job Description:Handle documentation and administrative processes within the Engineering Department in accordance with company procedures.Monitor and manage engineering-related documentation, including vessel maintenance, repair, overhaul, workshop equipment, and coordination with vendors, contractors, class/BKI, and related departments.Monitor vessel certificate validity, coordinate renewal processes, and maintain updated certification records.Coordinate with vessel crews, superintendents, procurement, and related departments for Service Request (SR) and Purchase Request (PR) submissions through ERP systems.Process and input payment bills related to certificates, insurance premiums, incentives, and business trips into the ERP system.Maintain technical reports, repair documentation, and meeting minutes for internal and external meetings.Support management systems, company procedures, and implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE/K3) programs.
Requirements:Strong administrative and documentation skills.Familiar with ERP systems and engineering administration processes.Good coordination and communication skills.Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
