About the Role: Drive the seamless execution of projects and spearhead continuous process improvements within the Die Casting and Machining section.
Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry; direct experience in casting/mold manufacturing is a major plus.Deep understanding of foundational casting technologies, including casting/dies planning sheets and casting parameters and expertise in casting technology, including casting machinery, auxiliary equipment, dies, and jigs.Exceptional ability to interpret engineering drawings (die components and inspection jigs), apply geometric tolerancing, and utilize advanced measurement tools.Proven track record in process optimization, including defect reduction (NG reduction) and productivity enhancement (shortening casting cycle times).Have an active Driver’s License (SIM A).
