Job Description:Maintain and develop the overall implementation of Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including the successful execution of Employee Self-Service (ESS) features.Execute the payroll process with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring full compliance with relevant labor laws and tax regulations.Maintain the payroll records, ensuring the confidentiality and security of all employee data.Collaborate closely with HR and Finance departments to update employee information, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.Generate and deliver accurate, up-to-date headcount and employee data reports to support internal HR operations and management needs.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Computer Engineering preferred, Accounting Information System, Accounting or related field.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the same field.Proficient in HRIS system, reward management, PPH 21 (Payroll & Taxation), and relevant government regulations.Preferably having experience using Sunfish as HRISHigh attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.Placement: Karawang, Jawa Barat
