Requirements:Minimum 7–10 years of experience in architecture Bachelor’s degree in Architecture At least 5 years of experience in property development, specifically in Planning & Design or Project Development Proven experience in managing multiple consultants and supervising architectural & interior design execution, especially show units Prior experience in a design consultancy firm (architecture/master planning) is a plus Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp (3D), and Microsoft Office Strong experience in design development drawings and multi-scale architectural concept development Certifications such as STRA, IAI membership, or Greenship Associate are an advantage
Job Description:Manage and coordinate multiple planning consultants for Architectural and Interior projects Coordinate and oversee design documentation deliverables (architecture and interior) at each stage of the planning scope with internal technical departments Coordinate design documentation with other technical consultants, including Infrastructure, Structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Landscape, and Lighting Coordinate design documentation for budget estimation and pre-tender preparation, in collaboration with the Project Management (PM) and Quantity Surveyor (QS) teams Prepare evaluation reports on architectural and interior design deliverables at each planning stage, focusing on technical quality and timeline performance of consultants Conduct supervision and coordination with consultants and the project/construction management team during project executionCoordinate siteplan and building permit with submission agent and design consultants
