    Responsibilities: Drive sales growth & SKU listing through strategic planning.Monitor team performance (daily visits, promo execution, etc.).Analyze sales data & generate reports for management.Manage trade promotions, operational costs, and asset utilization.Improve forecast accuracy & reduce product return.
    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any majorMin. 3-4 years experience as Area Sales Manager for Modern Trade Channel (FMCG Food & Beverage).Preferably having experience in handling MT Channel particularly in Jabodetabek area.Experience with forecasting, trade promo management & team leadership.Proficient in Excel and sales reporting tools.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Willing to be placed in HO Cibitung, Bekasi.

  • Brand Manager  

    - Central Jakarta

    Responsibilities:Prepare and develop products according to the brand.Implement marketing plans and strategies to support and create brand image or brand building that can be accepted by consumers.Monitor and evaluate all brand activities, from campaigns to promotions, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with company objectives.Manage brand budgets (A&P) and track expenses to ensure spending stays within approved limits.Supervise product launch activities, ensuring every rollout is well executed and on target.Evaluate new products using the brand during the launch period.Plan and coordinate brand development strategies with related departments to ensure smooth execution and achievement of brand goals.
    Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, brand strategy, or brand innovation in an FMCG company.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience managing budgets and analyzing campaign effectiveness.Passionate about growing brands and making things happen.Fluency in English (spoken and written).

  • Key Account Manager  

    - Central Jakarta

    Responsibilities:Deal and build good relationship with all Modern Trade Channel, Buyer or Store Manager.Arrange and negotiate a business plan that involves trading term for each key account in time.Have a regular visit to Modern Trade channel to check product availability as well as to make sure that product distribution / market to every key account is going well.To monitor, analyze and prepare a report of sales achievement in modern trade channel in regular basis.Have an effective promo plan and an excellent execution with good team work.
    Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Having experience in the same position at least for 3 years (preferably from FMCG Company)Familiar with modern market business and sales activityComputer literacy, especially for Ms. OfficeExcellent communication skill, include a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed
