  • Procurement Category Analyst (MRO)

    Job Description Summary:By working in cooperation with Category Manager (Tier 1), support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies, through research and analysis, as well as the procurement intelligence enhancement, through external market studies
    Job description:To assist procurement preparation process and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.To monitor and follow up on procurement request and entered Shopping Card in SRM list under the responsibility of Procurement.To negotiate pricing proposal, conditions, and requirements to purchase goods and services directly to the supplier in order to obtain the best price, conditions, and requirements.To check and monitor the availability of goods and services in compliance with the quantity, quality, delivery time, payment terms and other requirements specified in the Purchase Order.To coordinate and arrange delivery time from suppliers to relevant SBUs as per the required needs and fund availabilities.To perform SRM bidding and create QCF as the basis to issue Purchase Order (PO).To actively seek alternative vendors / suppliers, or sub-contractors whenever necessary.To monitor and follow up outstanding Purchase Order.
    Job requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or Mechanical.At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience as Indirect Procurement/Purchasing specially handling Maintenance, Repair, and Operations.Proactively gain understanding of the Business Unit’s operating environment and apply awareness of the operational goals and objectives when implementing Procurement processes or initiativesStrong analytical thinking.

    Job Description Summary :Support creation/revision of BU-specific Finance policies and proceduresSupport and review for controls and risk, on BU-specific IT system changes and/or user requirementsCoordinate/plan and prepare/fulfill all aspects of Unit Training related to Administrative SOPDeliver trainings online and offline
    Job Description :Develop/review, review and monitor current policies & procedures changes and updatesReview and analyze change requests from users focus on control and risk managementIdentify and propose improvement opportunities ensuring high quality output; Provide input to IT and initiative owners on potential control risks and areas for improvement; Support implementation of group-wide initiatives in BUPlan and prepare quarterly training requirements for Unit Users ( and all other training needs related to administration that is requested by BU)Create/review/update training materials whenever necessaryContinuous improvements on training strategies, continuous result monitoring, implementing training strategies that will improve effectiveness of trainingsConduct training online or offline in units, ensuring entire training event is completed successfully.Work closely /collaboration with other teams in order to fulfill training requirementsPrepare reports for US CFO such as audit reports, training reports, test result reports and others ( as needed)

  • Job Description Summary :Responsible for analysing operational processes for all value chains in operation and analysing the effectiveness of utilization of new technology, mechanization and way of working.
    Job Description :Evaluate current operations process in all value chains in operations to identify any problems, ineffectiveness of process to be input for future improvement.Stay up-to-date on the latest operational process to automate and modernize systems.Oversee the post roll-out stage of approved process improvements and new technology/ mechanization.Conduct presentation and provide reports to the Head of Concept Development to share ideas and findings.Perform requirement analysis on new concept/ solutions developed by Concept Lead.Assist Concept Lead during the Desk Study stage of projects.
